Love the hotel! They even let me check in early around 11am! Felt so thankful as we are really tired from the flight day before . Great hotel with great breakfast selection! The bed is also super comfortable, clean and spacious! Tram is only few minutes away super convenient.

On the first morning waking up at Leonardo Hotel, I was tidying up the bed and noticed blood stains from the previous guests which were really obvious for the cleaners to see but they obviously avoided it and only covered it with new duvet covers for the next guests which was very unfortunate for me and my partner. Due to their unhygienic bedsheets, I woke up to spots all over my body. On top up that, the toilet flush was not working. There were hair strands and dust in every corner of my mums room. Last but not least, this hotel does not have room service… I kid you not, we called the room service requesting for bottles of water to be brought to our room and was told that we need to come downstairs to collect it ourselves from the bar. Worse hotel experience. Do not be fooled by the photos, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Extremely disappointed.

Wish I didn’t have to put this review as was so looking forward to coming here but after everything that’s happened I feel I have too, the room was nice don’t get me wrong lovely room but when you take a good look at it you can the dirt and random sweets and stuff all around the room as we first entered, the day after our first stay we had went out but left a few of our belongings on the desk as we didn’t think anything would happen as it’s our own room, anyway house keeping had been in the room and next thing you know my braclet wasn’t there, I tried to talk to the staff for days and days they kept telling me they would get it sorted and on the last day todsy they told me when I asked if any progress that if I believed it was theft that I should call the police as they aren’t going any further as all they’ve done is text the housekeepers, but surely the housekeeper or staff entering the room taking the braclet wouldn’t own up to it am I right? So a call to the police has been made and hopefully something gets sorted as those staff are as rude as they can be which is a big shame as I was trying to be as nice and as patient as I could with them.

A nice hotel, very busy due to the snow patrol concert. Had to wait until 5pm for our room to be ready but was offered a complementary drinks voucher while we waited.
Cleanliness in the bathroom shower could have been better only a small window for the size of the room. Rest of the room excellent.
Food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast with a good choice. Staff behind the bar friendly.
